Yay!

We’ve got yet another Fedora release! I’ve already installed it on my IBM Thinkpad T60 laptop i use for work. So far it’s awesome …it feels snappier and the new fonts are awesome .

Everything seems to be working great except the ATI/AMD driver from rpm.livna.org…but so far i don’t care allot since I’m not a heavy 3d user …

Well, just wanted to express a big thank you to the Fedora team, they have done a great job yet again!

Work has been so so for the last week, allot of stuff needs to be done, but i did not spend all my evenings at work this week…amazingly!

My Ofna Picco .26 Max engine just came throught the door! Hoping to install it tomorrow and then hopefully get it all broken in on saturday….

In other news: Finnzi sold the E-Maxx and bought a Savage SS! My friends, this is big day in the history of HPI Savage trucks since i have been a hard supporter of T-Maxx trucks made by Traxxas…..I got a nice deal on a used Savage SS that i could not refuse. I had to replace the backplate for the rotostart but other then that it should be good to go except i have to buy some chargeable battery’s for it. Hopefully i can test drive the Savage on saturday also…..Unless i have crappy weather…then i guess i must do some work …loads of work queueing up at work while i spend all my precious time fixing up my Revo & the Savage for a nice looking summer ….hopefully i will drive more this summer then i did last year!.

I’m already planning to rebuild the Savage from scratch next winter, just wondering if i should just buy all the parts or buy a new Savage X kit….we’ll see how badly i mess this car up .

Well …gonna watch some tv and goto sleep …busy friday coming up tomorrow.

Yay!…i just finished upgrading stewie.finnzi.com to CentOS 5 …..i was having some problems with the 3ware raid controller in stewie but hopefully those problems are gone …

My Picco .26 has not arrived yet sadly, but since it is raining right now i guess it aint all that bad

Blah …i’m tired….going to watch some scrubs …
